Combining IOT with AI


Connecting devices to the internet through IoT connectivity has proven to be a game changer in almost every vertical. One of the advantages of IoT is that it can provide strong synergies when combined with other technologies. To be able to use the full potential of IoT as a company, this technology will therefore have to be combined with Artificial Intelligence. Ultimately, this combination ensures that ‘devices’ become even smarter. It enables them to behave intelligently and make informed decisions without any human intervention.

In other words: why is it valuable to have your data analyzed by AI? There are two clear benefits: accelerating operational processes, and responding more quickly to risks and incidents (e.g. with video cameras). Organizations that do not use AI perform less well on these indicators.
