Within our managed services, we monitor and manage your hardware with our Remote Management Systems; of course, you will also be given access to these. The Remote Management Systems enable us to respond early to any error messages or malfunctions. In addition, you will always have full control over your hardware, no matter where you are.
Support
In case of any malfunctions, our quality-certified staff will take care of all your support requests. We use an advanced ticketing system to resolve all your queries, breakdowns and mutations.
Configuration
We will ensure in advance that your hardware is correctly configured so you can start using it immediately, on a plug-and-play basis. If you want to change settings in the meantime, we will also adjust this for you.
Return policy
In case of any defects, Thingsdata maintains a careful return policy. Our organisation takes responsibility for the return process. This allows you to stay focused on your business activities.
Connectivity
In addition to our hardware portfolio, we also have several connectivity solutions, including: M2M-, LTE M-, and NB-IoT SIM cards with various subscription types. Within HaaS, we also offer you the option of adding our connectivity to your hardware.
