We are looking for a motivated account manager who wants to promote our unique products and services on the market and thereby grow Thingsdata. You advise your customers about integrated Telecom, Internet and Cloud services of Thingsdata.

Job description

Thingsdata is looking for an account manager. As an account manager you are a real entrepreneur! You use your network to maintain contacts and to make new ones. You advise your customers on IoT applications in the field of Telecom, Internet and Cloud services.

Responsibilities

  • Acquisition of new customers that fit the profile of Thingsdata;
  • Achieving results-oriented objectives through a thorough account plan, supported by various drivers;
  • Keeping track of market developments (both commercial and technical);
  • Pitch Thingsdata its unique products and services, negotiate and close deals while meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Experiences

  • A completed technical HBO or university education;
  • Demonstrated experience with sales & acquisition (B2B);
  • Minimum 3 years of experience and proven success in a similar field service position;
  • Strong organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to prioritize and multitask;
  • Strong interest in and ability to learn new technologies;
  • Commercial skills for gaining customer trust, advising, persuasion and negotiation;
  • Social skills for building and long-term maintenance of customer relationships and networks, being a discussion partner for working together in a sales team;
  • Communicative skills in Dutch and English.
