Job description
It is your responsibility to address support requests, analyze the issue, and then resolve it. During this process you are helpful and assertive, you keep the customer informed of the steps you have taken and will take. For this position it is very important that you adopt a proactive and enterprising attitude. Thingsdata uses advanced sim management systems. You will learn how to use it, so that you can monitor and manage the IoT connectivity of a large number of devices. For example, you will add new accounts and users to the system, create automation rules and enrich and change information from simcards. We regularly receive orders from customers and these have to be processed, you are going to configure simcards, pack packages and send them.
Experience
- At least HBO work and thinking level;
- You are available for 32 to 40 hours a week;
- You are creative and communicative;
- You are representative, flexible, stress resistant and customer oriented;
- A real winner in the field of cooperation, that’s what we also are;
- Proficient in both the Dutch and English language in word and writing.
