We understand you don’t want to be tied down, so we have no minimum order quantities (MOQ), no minimum active periods on the network, and no strict activation periods. When you order SIM cards from us, we bill only for the active ones with some of our solutions, and in other cases, for the entire base. We do not charge activation fees for our connectivity solutions.

Our Thingsdata portal allows clients to view their agreements, monthly invoices, order status, and network outage notifications at any time. Clients can also submit tickets through our portal. Our certified, experienced team is always ready to assist you promptly using the world’s most innovative tools.

Hardware

Our assortment includes a wide range of routers and gateways from reliable brands. We have the right hardware solution for every application. You can choose a one-time purchase or our Hardware as a Service (HaaS) model. With one-time purchases, you can add extra services like remote management, pre-configuration, and an SLA. HaaS operates on a monthly subscription basis, where we take care of configuration and full support. Additionally, you get access to the Remote Management System to monitor your hardware. With HaaS, you pay a small monthly fee per piece. Our managed services completely relieve organizations of hardware concerns.

Connectivity 

In addition to hardware, you can also opt for connectivity solutions, including M2M, LTE-M, NB-IoT, as well as 4G and 5G. Our multi-network SIM cards always roam on the strongest available network. If one network fails, the SIM card seamlessly switches to another available network.

Subscription Models 

We offer regular pooled data bundles with a fixed monthly fee and pay-as-you-go options, where you pay a start rate and per MB used. Prepaid options are also available, requiring monthly data top-ups. Our connectivity solutions can be enhanced with security measures like APN or VPN.

Data Processing 

Your devices generate various data. If you want to visualize this data, you can choose to process it in a standard or customized IoT portal. You can easily analyze, visualize, and integrate large amounts of relevant operational data with existing systems. Thingsdata guides you in selecting the most suitable IoT portal for data collection, storage, reporting, and analysis.
