Can you describe the world of IoT connectivity?

I find it fascinating how widespread the use of Internet of Things applications has become today. Personally, I’m passionate about technology and smart innovations. Before I joined Thingsdata, I didn’t realize that IoT could bring so much simplicity to various processes.

Describe what doing business with Thingsdata is like.

Doing business at Thingsdata is incredibly interesting. I get to work on exciting projects where I act as a consultant to deliver tailor-made solutions to our clients. The variety in requests across different applications is something I find particularly compelling.

What does the future look like for you? Where do you see the most career growth in the coming years?

I see the most growth in my knowledge of IoT. I’ve been working at Thingsdata for nearly two years now and have already learned a great deal about IoT. To become a better consultant, I want to dive even deeper into the world of IoT, so I can provide organizations with the best possible advice.

What do you find interesting about the IoT market and what inspires you the most?

I find it interesting that the market is growing rapidly and shows no signs of slowing down. While some countries are already in the maturity phase, others are just beginning to roll out IoT. The developments are happening at lightning speed, and the possibilities are endless. I’m constantly amazed by the new ways IoT is being applied.

Which innovations or trends are you currently following, and why?

At the moment, I’m closely following developments in robotics. A colleague recently told me about ‘robot dogs’ being used for smart warehousing. I also have a client who plans to use robots to improve customer service within organizations. For example, when someone arrives for an appointment, the robot will ask what they would like to drink and then bring it to them. It’s even possible to connect the robot to a smart vending machine so the drink is prepared automatically. I find this form of automation incredibly interesting because it offers convenience and efficiency.
